About the event
Citymoves Dance Agency offers the SQA accredited Higher Dance Qualification. The dance qualification covers: ballet, choreography, contemporary, jazz, theory.
The 2019-2020 course will start on Wednesday 5th June, and runs Monday and Wednesday from 14:00-16:30.
Students will train in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Choreography and theory. It is recommended that students have previous dance training at a high level as this course moves along quickly. Students are expected to attend all classes, wear appropriate dance attire, have appropriate footwear and complete all coursework on time. Citymoves has been running Higher Dance for 7 years with a 100% pass rate. Students have gone on to further training at The Space, Dance for All, Royal Conservatoire of Dance Scotland, MGA, Northern School of Contemporary Dance and Trinity Laban.
